What’s the difference between Premium decks and flip decks?

Flip decks are your more affordable version of Smart Cards. All editions of Smart Cards premium decks, layout A & B, have a flip deck version to accommodate students (or architects) on a budget. Contents are more or less the same but premium decks include more details than flip decks. Kindly refer to our product listings for more details.

Are there freebies when I buy a deck?

Absolutely yes! We give all our customers free stickers aside from the free card case that comes with each premium deck and the free metal ring that comes with each flip deck. You can also get the Smart Cards canvas pouch for only P30 (from P65) as Add-on when you buy a premium deck of any edition.

Stickers

What are the ideal surfaces for your stickers?

Our stickers are ideal for notebooks, journals, papers, laptop or other indoor flat surfaces.

Is it water-resistant?

Yes, it is water-resistant. We have tested our stickers by spilling water on it and the stickers didn’t incur damage in 3 minutes of soaking. This doesn’t mean to say though that our stickers are weather-proof. Kindly refrain from placing the stickers to surfaces that are exposed to rain and sun, e.g. cars, skateboards or bikes.

What is the standard size of your sticker sheets?

Most of our sticker sheets are 4″ x 5″ unless stated otherwise.

Are there freebies when I buy a sticker?

You will get one free Random Study Wheel for every order of any sticker. Note: One for each checkout only (not one for each sticker you ordered)

Shipping

What are your shipping rates?

The shipping rates on our website are based on our trusted couriers DPX and Abest.

For Smart Cards Premium Decks and Flip Decks:

Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite & Rizal (via DPX)
1-3 decks = P75
4-6 decks = P85
6-10 decks = P95

Provincial (via Abest)
1-3 decks = P110
4-6 decks = P180
6-10 decks = P200

How long before I receive my order?

For orders in Metro Manila and Bulacan, orders are expected to arrive within 2-4 days after ship out.

For provincial orders, orders are expected to arrive within 4-7 days after ship out.

How about pick up or meet up?

We only do pick-up or meet-up arrangements for bulk orders. Our stocks come from Bulacan. Bulk orders can be picked up in our Bulacan headquarters (further details to be given on the actual transaction) or we can meet up somewhere in Metro Manila for big orders.

Otherwise, all orders are shipped through our trusted courier or through Shopee (if you made the transation through Shopee).

Orders

How do you pack orders?

Our team is committed to using only necessary materials to help save the environment. We omit unnecessary plastics or packaging.

Premium decks
All decks will come with its free hard card case for protection and will be wrapped with clean recycled paper. 

Flip decks
Since flip decks will not come with a free hard card case, decks will be wrapped with clean recycled paper and a thin layer of bubble wrap for added protection.

Stickers
All stickers will be packed with a free hard backing to protect the items from dents and folds while in transit. This will be wrapped with clean recycled paper for added protection.

Mugs
All mugs will come with a free white box. This box will be packaged inside another sturdy box filled with stuffing that will either be shredded paper or bubble wrap. Orders with any mug will also be marked with a fragile warning sticker on the parcel pouch.

What if I want the decks to be wrapped individually?

For requests like this, we understand that you ordered a bunch of decks for your friends and wanted to give them the deck with its original wrapping; or that you ordered some decks to be given as gifts.

If so, please leave us a message after you order and instead of wrapping the decks together, we will wrap each deck / certain decks separately according to your request. 

Can I change my order after placing it?

If the change is minimal, yes, we can. Just contact us through Messenger or Shoppe Chat so we can discuss how we can adjust or what compromises can be done.

Do you accept return or refund?

We don’t accept return or refund once the order has been placed.

Do you accept orders for corporate giveaways?

Do you accept resellers?

We haven’t finalized the reseller’s program yet but if you want to resell our decks, you may do so by ordering in bulk with discount and selling it for its SRP. Kindly visit the Bulk Order page on our website for more information on this.
